Data controller

EURL M&S PUB, 10, rue Mohamed Lebib, El Madania, Alger, organiser of SIVECC. Contact: privacy@mspub.net.

Data we collect

At registration: full name, phone, e-mail, company or profession, sector, wilaya. Optional: job title, role, visit goals, planned days, how you heard about the show.

Automatically: the source of your visit (campaign link, referring site, invite link) and, during the show, the time your badge is scanned at the entrance.

Purposes and legal basis

To create and send your badge, control access to the show, send you practical information about your registration and produce attendance statistics. This processing is based on the express consent you give at registration, under Algerian Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data.

If you separately agreed, we also send you show updates (programme, talks). You can withdraw this consent at any time.

Recipients

Only the organiser's team and its technical providers (website hosting, e-mail delivery), bound by confidentiality. Your data is never sold, rented or passed to exhibitors without your consent.

Retention

Registration data is kept for 12 months after the show ends, then deleted or anonymised for statistics. Data used for show updates is kept until you withdraw consent.

Your rights

You have the rights of information, access, rectification, objection and erasure provided by Law No. 18-07. Write to privacy@mspub.net or to the postal address above. You can also contact the national personal data protection authority (ANPDP).

Cookies and local storage

The site uses no advertising cookies. It temporarily keeps the source of your visit (campaign or invite link) in your browser to attach it to your registration; it is cleared once you register. The organiser may enable an audience-measurement tool; it will then be named here.

Security

Encrypted connection (HTTPS), database access restricted to the organiser, anti-bot measures without tracking.
